Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Lemon maxx, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately. Use of Lemon maxx is at your own risk; you are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable advertising regulations and third-party platform requirements.

2. Service Overview

Lemon maxx provides marketing campaign management, media creation, analytics, and integration with third-party ad platforms. Use of connected APIs (Facebook, Google, etc.) is subject to platform policies as well as these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate information and maintain account security. Cognitive Pixel may suspend or terminate accounts found in breach of these Terms, platform rules, or applicable law. We reserve the right to disable, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts at any time, with or without notice.

4. Permitted Platform Integration

API connections require your explicit consent. We process and store platform data only to enable Lemon maxx functionality. Cognitive Pixel is not responsible for data loss related to revoked API access, platform outages, or changes to external policies.

Any loss of platform access due to changes in API terms, revoked access, or outages is not the liability of Cognitive Pixel. You are responsible for your own compliance with data platform policies and industry laws.

5. AI & Media Features

You may use AI-powered creation tools (image/video generation) and media management only for lawful purposes. Coin deduction is enforced per feature use (1/image, 5/video).

6. Subscription & Fees

Service features and AI coins are allocated per subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or if the company chooses to provide refunds at its discretion. Unused subscription fees or coins may be forfeited upon certain types of account termination, including for policy violations.

7. User Responsibilities

You must not misuse Lemon maxx to violate laws, transmit harmful content, or attempt unauthorized system access. You are responsible for the data you input and its lawful use. You must not collect, process, or distribute prohibited or illegal content, or attempt to circumvent platform limitations.

8. Intellectual Property

Except as stated, all software, content, and trademarks are owned by Cognitive Pixel. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute platform elements without express permission.

9. Termination

Accounts may be terminated for breach of Terms or platform rules. Unused subscription fees or coins may be forfeited upon policy-based account termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cognitive Pixel is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our liability will not exceed your payment for Lemon maxx in the previous three months. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or accuracy of data from third-party platforms.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Cognitive Pixel against any claims resulting from your misuse of Lemon maxx or violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted in-app and are effective on publication. Continued use means acceptance.
